Hey Everybody...

There is a site called "LearntoMise.co.uk" which promises to decrypt Gmail accounts. Okay, Im an idiot who paid $100 to the site via Western Union to a guy in Vietnam named Nguyen Mise Du.

In short, the site is a fraud. Once you pay, they don't answer emails. Do not pay to this fraud site.

Note: The site also has a couple of other names such as RayaMise.net & LearntoMise.co.uk & Learn-to-Mise.com & LearntoMise.biz. All sites are hosted on the same server!

Current problems:
* When you spend some time in an area with 0 reception, it wont regain reception always. This happens to me about once a day. Entering flight mode and then leaving it is the quickest way I've found of getting reception back.
* Battery life is barely suficient for trips I commonly do around the city. Forget to charge it every night and it wont make the day. Sure the size of the iPhone is nice, but if they'd just found room for a battery that is twice the size things would be much better.

It took us hours to get it set up in the store and they wouldn't let us leave until they were sure it was working. It was a nightmare.

Everything since then has been bliss. You won't regret it.

No you can buy Twilight from ebooks.com (http://www.ebooks.com/ebooks/book_display.asp?IID=287099). And on there you can buy it as pdf, MS ebook or Mobipocket ebook. PDF is a level of DRM that I'm happy with :)

Hahahaha. Have fun trying to get through to anyone at Tiger Air.

I tried to fly up on my own to Laura a few months ago (i was still 17 at the time). I was informed at the airport that anyone under 18 needed an indemnity form signed by a parent or guardian to travel with Tiger. Mum couldn't drive to the airport in time, so we ended up booking another flight with Virgin Blue, who had no problem letting me on.

In Canberra Laura tried to get through to the call centre in Melbourne to find out how we were supposed to have an indemnity form signed by a parent or guardian at EACH point of departure, and whether we could get mum to sign one and fax it up.

We eventually got through to a guy who barely spoke any English whatsoever, and didn't seem to understand what we were asking. We gave up and tried calling the Canberra Airport switchboard, and the woman there was able to get in touch with the guy who manages all the Tiger flights out of Canberra airport.

When I went to catch the flight back to Melbourne, the guy there checked me in and gave me my boarding pass without asking for the form. I decided to tell him i had it anyway, and he said he was under the impression that it only applied to under 16 year olds.

So, when in doubt, call the airport switchboard. You'll have more luck than the "call centre".

I knew it was about time!
We had our first "Grilled" disappointment about a month ago. Then again it was a vegetarian option... Tofu Burger. The reason I picked it was because I had one at "Earthly Pleasure" Belgrave it would have been an 8. Thought that grilled would thrash it.
Thanks Garath. (I still have the magic cards)

I think the reason this whole issue became a news item is because the general feeling in society is that what BH did *should* be made illegal. How that could be defined in legal terms is up to polititians and lawyers but the general consensis is he crosses a line with that type of work.

Do you think it's worth risking potential child abuse and fueling sick fantasies in the name of 'art'?

(sure - you can raise the case of parents taking photos of their kids and Anne Geddes photos, and I can if necessary elaborate on why they are different and accepted in society if you wish)

Its getting annoying repeating my self. Particularly when its about a point that we agree on. (That my stance on photographing legal acts should be legal would make it harder to convict some people with poor intentions)

Also I'm pretty sure that my feelings are in line with current laws, BH wasn't charged with anything and the school principal was found to have acted in an acceptable manner. I might have missed a news story, but I don't think so.

Would you agree allowing BH and similar artists to take photos of naked kids for 'artistic' purposes makes it easier for those wanting to photograph or 'consume' such photos as 'porn' disguised as art? How can we truely know anyone's (BH incuded) intentions?

My point is, I see this type of artistic freedom (photographing naked kids for art) at the 'luxury' end of our personal liberties, and the need to protect children and yound teenagers up the fundamental/non negotiable end of this personal liberties scale.

Yes there may be situations or legitimate artists who's 'artistic' license is curtailed, but so be it. It seems a small price to pay

How do you suggest the law should differentiate between parents taking photos of their children running through the water rose naked and BH taking photos of underage models naked?

Could you also kindly stop twisting what I am saying. You agreeing with me on BH's work being fine wasn't the point of the sentence; the point was that letting him do his work would cause some issues on the prosecution of other cases that would fall on the other side of the (fuzzy) line. I was agreeing with you on one of the consequences. I think our fundamental disagreement comes down to how much personal liberty we are prepared to loose in protecting the liberty of others.
I have no idea why you felt the need to defend you ability to appreciate art, it was never under attack.

And the fact I agree with the majority of aussies does not mean I cannot think for myself, nor that I cannot appreciate art. It is about risk, trust, and an appropriate spot to draw the line
